About the Role
Our approach varies with the type of website we’re working on. For example, for e-commerce sites, we begin with a comprehensive site audit to identify challenges, followed by enhancements to site structure, category optimization, and UI design reviews, etc. Should technical issues arise, our engineers step in to collaborate. Additionally, we provide SEO assistance for site renewals, content strategy support, and content briefs for content marketing initiatives. In each SEO project, we team up with project coordinators and engineers to help our clients succeed in organic search.
Our SEO analyses use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc., offering you the chance to acquire and hone the skills needed for comprehensive site analysis.
If you’re new to SEO, you will begin your journey as an assistant under the guidance of an experienced SEO consultant, engaging in various projects over approximately a year. This is designed to equip you with a thorough understanding of SEO consulting. Upon completion of the training period, you will be well-prepared to manage projects independently as a consultant.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in SEO
- Business-level Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1 or above)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word) skills
- Experience with HTML (minimum 1 year experience in website management or marketing)
- Experience with user behavior tools such as heatmaps
- Basic knowledge of Google Search Console
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in PPC
- Minimum 1 year experience in Google Analytics
- Experience with web design and web development
- Fluent in English
- Experience with front-end web development, especially JavaScript
Working Conditions
Location：
Kojimachi Central Building 6F, 2 Chome−2-4 Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-0083 Japan
The closest stations are Hanzomon Station (1 min by walk) and Kojimachi Station (4 mins by walk).
*Ayudante transitioned to a hybrid working model in March 2022. Employees can work from home for up to 4 days a week (minimum 1 day at the office). Assistants are required to work at the office during their training period.
Working Hours：
9 hours per day (including 1 hour break) We offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to start as late as 11 am. If you prefer to start early, you have the option to finish early as well.
*Working overtime is not recommended.
Job Contract：Full-Time Permanent
Annual Base Salary Range：4,000,000 yen – 10,000,000 yen
*Depends on experience
Holidays and Vacations：
– Weekends off (Saturdays and Sundays)
– Public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, annual leave, leave for personal matters (bereavement, weddings, and parental leave)
Employees will be granted 10 days of annual leave after 6 months of work, increasing to 20 days per year thereafter.
